The VisionWare Information Sharing
Framework (ISF) enables the secure, electronic sharing of agreed
levels of information about children, young people, adults, older
people and families in a multi-agency environment, including social
services, education, police and NHS, in order to improve the
provision of care services.
It provides a solution to enhance and
support the sharing of information on an individual or family to
ensure that up-to-date information can be accessed by authorised
personnel and that care can be delivered in the most appropriate
and cost effective way.
-
The ISF is designed around a client
index, underpinned by MultiVue Identification Server, showing
key information for all relevant individuals, such as
name, address, date of birth and GP etc.
-
A real-time contact history is
displayed within each client record, showing information such as GP
details, next of kin, main carer as well as details of
professionals who have been involved with that individual.
-
A chronology of significant events,
positive outcomes and relevant factors as well as referral and
assessment history for each individual is viewable directly from
the host systems. Referrals and common assessments can also
be completed within the ISF.
-
Strict consent controls ensure that
only relevant consensual information is shared, and permission
based security ensures automatic tracking and monitoring of users
and their interactions with the system.
-
A secure messaging facility enables
the team of professionals working with an individual or family to
easily communicate with each other and share relevant reports and
information.
