VisionWare Launches MultiVue Identification Server, Version 2.0

VisionWare Ltd, a leading provider of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, today announced the launch of the latest version of their award-winning MultiVue Identification Server.

MultiVue enables organisations to create a single view of their data by matching and merging records from the numerous business systems held across their organisation, and presenting it in one single, accurate and up-to-date view.

Version 2.0 of MultiVue brings many new and exciting features, with the main focus being to enhance user experience and usability, whilst providing 'out-of-the-box' facilities for data profiling, standardisation and cleansing.  In addition, this release introduces enhanced matching capabilities through the introduction of new matching algorithms.

New components and features of this latest version include:

• A new look Administration Console with dedicated homepage, providing a focal point for data stewards to perform actions on their data, as well as supporting new internal messaging and reporting facilities.
• A wizard-driven Management Studio to guide users through configuration of tasks such as bulk-loading, matching and merging.
• A new Data Processing Framework, introduced to support the transformation, standardisation and cleansing of raw data.
• A new Data Analysis and Profiling Module to enrich the user's understanding of data quality within participating systems.
• Advanced Matching Algorithms to provide improved matching capabilities on data including postcodes, typing errors and date ranges.
• Prism, a data exploration and visualation application, enabling users to view and manipulate their data within MultiVue in a graphical format.
