VisionWare Launches MultiVue Lagan ECM Adaptor

VisionWare Ltd, a leading provider of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, today announced the launch of their MultiVue Lagan ECM Adaptor, which has been designed to enable users of MultiVue Identification Server and Lagan ECM to seamlessly integrate their MultiVue-based Master Client Index with Lagan ECM.

The Adaptor provides organisations with the capability to consolidate and manage customer information from disparate business sytems into one single, accurate and up-to-date view, for access through Lagan ECM, as well as ensuring that any changes made to customer records held within participating source systems are automatically replicated to Lagan ECM and vice versa.

Organisations using the Multivue Lagan ECM Adaptor can expect to achieve more efficient working practices as a result of eliminating the need to update the same records multiple times, as well as increased cost savings through more efficient working practices and the availability of more accurate information in their client index.
