VisionWare Diversifies into New Markets

VisionWare Ltd, a leading provider of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, today announced their latest partnership agreement and customer win.

As a provider of implementation, customisation and integration services, focusing exclusively on Business Intelligence and Customer Relationship Management, Johannesburg based Information Systems Partners, will integrate VisionWare's MultiVue Identification Server, and the new data exploration and visualisation product, Prism,  with their solutions for the Retail, Insurance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Government, Hospitality and Media industries.

The first client to be brought on board as a result of this new partnership is Indwe Risk, an Insurance Broker providing both personal and corporate insurance services with branches throughout South Africa.  The organisation will be using MultiVue to achieve a Master Client Index of customer data spread across a number of fragmented back-office systems.  VisionWare's MultiVue Microsoft CRM Adaptor will also be deployed to provide data exchange between MultiVue and Microsoft CRM, enabling staff at Indwe Risk to access a complete, accurate and up-to-date record of each customer directly from Microsoft CRM.
