VisionWare Ltd, a leading provider of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, today announced that Clackmannanshire Council has selected their Information Sharing Framework (ISF) to support the aims of the Council's 'Services to People' programme. This programme has been designed to better meet the needs of the people of Clackmannanshire in terms of education and lifelong learning, housing, social services, criminal justice and adult and child care.
The Council will use VisionWare's ISF to create an ISAS - Information Sharing and Assessment System which will help to unify service delivery, protect and promote the welfare and wellbeing of children, families, adults and communities within Clackmannanshire, and also to achieve the following objectives:
ISF enables the secure, electronic sharing of agreed levels of information about individuals and families within a multi-agency environment including social services, education, healthcare and police in order to improve the provision of care services.
The solution, which is underpinned by the award-winning MultiVue Identification Server, will provide Clackmannanshire Council with the following functionality:
